MUST HAVES:* Electrical fundamentals* UPS Fundamentals - this is NOT United Postal ServiceWith the below attributes:* Project Management experience* Data Center experience a Plus* Mechanical experience a Plus* General construction a Plus* Microsoft Office* The candidate will be required to forge solid and meaningful relationships with the firms customers, facility managers, partners and vendors.* Coordinate with project team and subcontractors for execution of contracts; oversee personnel and quality control, profitability, and professionalism in the completion of projects.* Liaison with general contractors, subcontractors, internal sales team and internal project team.* Create project schedules to include eqpt delivery, electrical subcontractor efforts and startup/testing activities.* Maintain weekly schedules for projects to ensure project milestones are achieved.* Coordinate onsite efforts to include directing and organizing electrical subcontractor work, responding to field issues and ensuring applicable codes and regulations are followed* Document issues and/or risks that will have an impact on the project schedule or quality of work, and develop alternate solutions to resolve any issues or mitigate identified risks.* Perform pre-job site visits to gather data for developing estimates and installation scopes of work.* Review plans and designs in order to confirm technical accuracy and identify any potential discrepancies or risks to the project.
