Role : Dot Net Technical lead***** Columbia South Carolina USWork ***** USC, GC and GC EADExp 10+At least 10 years of experience in .NET technologies (, MVC, Core .NET, Entity Framework, etc.).Proven experience in production support for .NET applications and SQL databases.Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, SQL Server, and database management (SQL or Oracle).Experience in API/web services development.Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and C#.Experience in application integration with third-party applications, including Okta.Experienced in RabbitMQ and messaging queues setup and integration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with onsite-offshore coordination and leading teams with technical direction.Willingness to work extended shifts and provide weekend support.Proven ability in issue resolution, implementation, and production support.Test Driven Development approach and mindset!Good Communication skill for client interactionGood in Reasoning and AnalysisExpectations from the RoleUnderstand .NET Frameworks and guide the team in solving technical problems and providing technical solutions to clients.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and plan execution.Estimate efforts, assign tasks to the team, and track activities.Perform performance tuning and hands-on development for complex modules as needed, ensuring coding standards and quality of delivery.Flexibility to work in development/maintenance support roles, including shifts if needed, and willingness to learn new technologies.Lead and manage the production support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents.Provide expert-level support for .NET applications and SQL databases.Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless support and communication.Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.Handle extended shifts and weekend support to maintain 24/7 availability.Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application issues.Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues.Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
