Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager in Sterling, IL area! The candidate will lead a team of software developers and electronics engineers. The team will design the circuit boards and write the software that controls & drives products!**Lead a team of 8-10 developers and engineers who are building the software and electronicsWorking with Product Managers to understand customers needs and business requirements and develop those requirements into technical tasks and software featuresCoordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure test schedules and QA involvement in the development process is timely & thoroughOversee the development process, assist with prioritization, task management and project trackingCommunicate with senior leadership about projectsOwn the hiring process for new positions to include contract roles**Bachelors degree required3+ years managing software and/or electronics hardware development teamsExperience working as part of the design/requirements processStrong Project Management skillsFamiliar with software development methods and ALM toolsFamiliarity with embedded software tools, such as C/C++, linux, RTOS, etc. is a plus
