Supply Chain Management Analyst

Job Summary:Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly detail-oriented and analytical SCM Associate to support and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, and Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.Ensure the timely procurement of materials while maintaining cost and quality targets.Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.Oversee warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes.Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment strategies to avoid shortages or overstock.Work with logistics partners to optimize transportation costs and delivery efficiency.Identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes and implement best practices.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Leverage technology and automation to streamline supply chain operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory managementProficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), supply chain software, and data analysis toolsFamiliarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) is a plusCollaborates well in cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, sales, and warehouse operations)Willing to learn new duties and technology-related skills as required.Self-directed and self-motivated in job related tasksTake the initiative to provide prompt, courteous service when information or assistance is requestedYou'll love working at Dashing Diva because:Great work environment to grow and learn new skillsWe are collaborative and work closely with each otherWe give everyone a chance to be creative and value input and feedbackWe participate in fun events like Beautycon, NYFWIn-office catered breakfast, lunches, and team lunches, team outings, and team-building activitiesPerks: Health benefits (Medical, dental, vision, AD&D, Life), 401(k) matching, PTOs, Company holidays, Summer Fridays & more!
