Civil Project ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage projects related to underground utilities, wastewater, sanitary sewer, and siteworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in underground utilities, wastewater, sanitary sewer, or siteworks.Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.Preferred Experience:Underground Utilities: Experience managing projects involving the installation and maintenance of underground utility systems.Wastewater and Sanitary Sewer: Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and sanitary sewer systems.Siteworks: Experience with site preparation, grading, and other site development activities.
