The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of complex construction or operational initiatives spanning multiple lines of business.Team Leadership: Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.Full Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage projects from initiation through deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.Resource Management: Procure and manage resources effectively, such as equipment, materials, and personnel, to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.Requirements:Extensive experience in construction with a focus on large-scale projects ($5-$15M)Strong leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors (education, healthcare, commercial).This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic environment that values innovation and teamwork.
