Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About:We are working with a mid-sized General Contractor that operate across the Carolinas with several divisions.This business are well-known for the high quality of work that they produce within the Education, Healthcare, Retail and Industrial sectors.They have a strong level of retention amongst the team and like to promote from within, with this business youll have a clear line of progression to advance your career.What makes this role so interesting: Youll play an important part in the expansion plans across the Asheville office, this position has opened due to an increase in workload within the Education and Healthcare sectors, and youll gain experience of working on large ground-up and renovation projects.Salary: $110,000 - $125,000Benefits: 10% discretionary bonus, auto-allowance, Healthcare, Dental and VisionExperienced preferred: It is essential that you have experience in Healthcare and/or Education projects and have worked at a General Contractor previously.They will consider candidates at Assistant Project Manager level, or those that are Project Managers but still quite early in their careers.
