About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations & Growth Lead to drive the expansion of our data collection team and optimize operational efficiency in a fast-growing robotics environment. This role is crucial in scaling our human data workforce (Memory Team) by recruiting and managing data collectors, designing incentive structures, and overseeing hardware deployment and onboarding for data collection.You will work in a highly dynamic setting, balancing logistics, data quality control, and business development while building processes from 0 to 1. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership to support our AI-driven robotics innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesScale & Lead Data Collection Operations: Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing team of data collectors.Design Incentive Systems: Develop and refine payment structures to optimize workforce efficiency and engagement.Hardware Deployment & Onboarding: Oversee logistics and rollout of data collection hardware.System & Process Optimization: Build scalable processes to streamline operations in a rapidly evolving environment.Data Analysis & Quality Control: Ensure high-quality data collection while identifying areas for improvement.QualificationsAt least 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or business development, ideally in early-stage or high-growth startups.Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and manage multiple functions simultaneously.Experience in AI/ML environments is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Why Join Us?High-impact role in a cutting-edge robotics company.Competitive compensation with significant growth opportunities.Be at the forefront of AI-driven innovation.
