Your new companyOur client is a top-tier General Contractor headquartered in Richmond, VA and are leading the market in large-scale commercial construction projects throughout Southern VA. Their core business is large base build work across multiple markets including Education, Healthcare, Multifamily, Office, and Municipality. Average projects typically range between $75M - $100M. Your new roleThe Southern VA team is looking to add a Sr Superintendent to the team. Youll be assisting in managing large-scale commercial projects in varying markets. This position will lead all the on-site activities required throughout the construction process to successfully deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget, while mentoring the other Superintendents. The project youll be assigned will be based in Richmond and is a $200M new build with Complex MEP work.
