Job Summary:The System Integration Specialist, Level III, is responsible for managing and executing complex system integration projects, ensuring the seamless interaction between hardware, software, and network components. This role involves providing expert-level technical support, performing integration, troubleshooting, and optimization, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful system implementation and continuous performance.Duties/ Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end integration projects, from initial requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and final delivery. Ensuring the integration of hardware, software, and network systems meet performance, security, and operational requirements.Work with engineering, development, and IT teams to design integration architectures that enable seamless communication and operation across multiple systems.Execute complex integration tasks, including configuring middleware, APIs, and system interfaces, ensuring proper communication and functionality between systems.Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues that arise during the integration process or post-deployment. Optimize integrated systems to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to define system integration requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system integration processes, configurations, architecture, and troubleshooting steps. Create regular reports for management on integration status, performance, and outcomes.Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior specialists or engineers. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes during complex integrations.Ensure system integrations comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations. Maintain knowledge of best practices in integration, security, and system performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Information Systems, Mechanical, or a related field.5+ years of experience in system integration, with significant experience in complex integration tasks and systems.In-depth knowledge of integration methodologies, tools, and programming.Knowledge of data analytics and how it applies to integrated systems.Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used for integration (e.g., GE, PLC, Rockwell.)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong documentation skills, including creating detailed reports, user manuals, and technical guides.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Positive and inclusive work environment fostering creativity and innovation.
