Job Opportunity: Air Quality Project Manager - Houston, TX Are you an environmental professional with experience in air quality compliance and permitting? We are looking for an Air Quality Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Houston, TX to lead air permitting and compliance projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and submission of air permit applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.Provide expert guidance to clients on air quality compliance and strategies to meet environmental regulations.Communicate technical and regulatory information clearly to both clients and regulatory agencies.Assist clients with coordination for permit acquisition and ensuring ongoing compliance.Develop detailed scopes of work and cost estimates for air quality permitting projects.Oversee the quality, scope, and timeliness of project deliverables, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams, maintaining clear and timely communication.Required Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting with a focus on air quality permitting and compliance.Solid understanding of air quality regulations and experience working with local, state, and federal agencies.Experience with various permitting processes (PBRs, Title V, PSD, nonattainment) and emissions calculations.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
