Healthcare Construction Experience RequiredPosition Details:Role: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare ConstructionLocation: ChicagoExperience Required: Minimum of 10+ years in project management, with a strong emphasis on healthcare project experience.Job Type: Full-time. 60/40 split time in Field (60) vs. Office (40)Responsibilities:Lead and manage healthcare projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability for project needs.Manage and mentor junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.Salary & Benefits:Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus potential.Comprehensive Benefits:Health insurance, 401K match, HSA, and more.PTO: Starting with 3 weeks of paid time offOther Benefits:Reimbursement for work-related mileage, monthly cell phone reimbursement, and provided standard equipment - laptop, ipad, etc.
