Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Description:This role is local to Kansas City, MO and has ongoing work permanently. To qualify for consideration, you must provide a project list that includes Superintendent management experience on multifamily, senior living, assisted living, student housing, or hospitality/hotel projects.Select Responsibilities:Responsible for overall project success, including safety, profitability, schedule, and qualityDevelop schedules and determine sequencing of work. Identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project scheduleProvide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress, performanceMaintain professional working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and SubcontractorsInterface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officialsEnforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetingsManage the work performed to ensure it conforms to the contract documentsDelegate tasks to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field staffInvestigate and resolve day-to-day field issuesComplete accurate job and progress reports and other related project documentationQualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years as Lead Superintendent leading ground up, new construction projects, specifically Multifamily and/or Mixed UseProficiency in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software, as well as Microsoft OfficeCurrently local to Kansas City, MO or looking to relocate (relocation packages not available.)
