Construction Project Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. ResponsibilitiesOversee all stages of project life cycle.Manage project budget.Provide input to Force Design, Inc. personnel responsible for developing plans and specs on design-build projects.Participate in presentations to clients, as required.Establish and maintain a positive relationship with owners, customer personnel, subcontractors, vendors, etc.Lead pre-construction efforts including providing constructability and value-engineering analysis and subcontractor and vendor scoping and pricing. Secure permits as required.Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.Assist in conforming to safety, EEO, insurance, and labor relations requirements.Partner with Health, Safety and Environmental personnel to ensure projects follow safe working conditions and practices.Qualifications5+ years of experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprintsDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsPrevious managerial and supervisory experience in the construction industryAdvanced knowledge of, and experience with, construction or project management softwareAbility to work well with many positions/co-workersMaintain confidentiality with all customer and company informationProfessional demeanor and appearance
