Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Engineering Program Manager - Health Content to work for our client in the Technology industry. Apply now for consideration!Contract: W2, 9-months Location: Santa Clara Valley, CA (Hybrid)Pay Range: $100-113/hour (Dependent on experience)Summary:As part of the Health Team, our client is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to collaborate across teams to deliver health content. The ideal candidate has a passion for innovative consumer-focused features, experience with content ingestion and delivery, and the ability to execute detailed deliverables on time. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive clarity in complex environments.Job Responsibilities:Partner with the Health Content team, including editorial and video production teams, to understand content production workflows and deliveryCollaborate with multiple engineering teams to establish technical specifications and processes for media delivery and processingProvide regular status updates to project teams, stakeholders, and management, summarizing key issues and required actionsEnsure program milestones are achieved and deliverables are met on scheduleMaintain and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholdersKey Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a technical software project or program managerProven track record in managing complex, multi-functional software projects and integrationsExperience in media post-production, ingestion, and processing across audio, video, text, and imagesUnderstanding of metadata media needs/requirements and ability to develop/adapt tooling to support itHands-on experience with CMSs, DAMs, and MAMs (any asset management platform)Strong knowledge of media file types and deliverablesNice to have: Familiarity with non-linear editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro) and workflowsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to synthesize complex concepts and build consensus across teamsHigh attention to detail and ability to quickly absorb terminology and understand dependencies across technology stacksStrong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to define and establish processesSelf-motivated, thrives in complex and ambiguous environmentsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experienceRussell Tobin/Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, life and disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
