Heavy Civil Estimator

Position SummaryAs a Heavy Civil Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and working with vendors, subcontractors and in line with regulations to ensure we deliver high-quality projects within budget. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and solid knowledge of the Dallas construction market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate estimates based on project plans, labor, materials, and timelines.Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.Compile comprehensive reports and present project estimates to teams and clients.Stay current with Dallas-area market trends, material costs, local construction regulations and codes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.3+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally in (heavy) civil fieldsProficient in construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift) and Excel.Familiarity with Dallas construction costs, codes, and market trends.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurance401k with company matchPTO and holidays
