The Construction Project Manager - Electrical Construction will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing electrical construction projects, with a strong focus on managing budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Manage project timelines, ensuring all electrical work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing corrective measures.Supervise and lead electrical teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure high standards of quality and safety.Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues promptly.Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring the best value and timely delivery of materials and services.Prepare and present project status reports, including cost, progress, and timelines, to senior management and clients.Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation for any changes to the project scope or design.Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and contractors.Assist in the procurement of permits and necessary approvals for electrical installations.Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical industry trends, technologies, and regulations.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction project management or a related field.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and relevant electrical codes and standards.Proven ability to manage and deliver electrical construction projects on time and within budget.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.Certification or licensure in electrical construction (e.g., Project Management Professional - PMP, LEED) is a plus.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with other departments.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and moreHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience in electrical construction project management to madilyn@.
