In this role, you will manage construction activities from identification through occupancy for corporate ground-up and acquisition conversion projects, including site feasibility and planning, design, budgeting, bid process, construction, quality assurance, and project closeout. You will direct Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) Service Providers (contractors, architects, engineers) to achieve store growth objectives.How Youll Make a DifferenceManage ground-up construction activities to achieve timely and cost-efficient completion of projects, achieving annual plan goals.Site feasibility and planning, cost estimating, review and approval of architectural/engineering plans, bid process, project buyout, project supervision, quality assurance, and project closeout.Oversight in assigned markets/locations.
