Project Manager

Were looking for a Project Manager with +5 years of experience in managing projects and operations. If youre great at leading impactful projects and working with different teams, including brand managers and executives, to get things done efficiently, we want to hear from you. Experience in content, graphic design, and working across various functions is a plus. Having project management certifications and being a pro at problem-solving, time management, and communication is a must. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about driving success for both themselves and the company.What Youll Do:Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.Improve processes, schedule workflows, and allocate resources effectively.Track project progress, adjust timelines and resources as needed, and keep everyone informed.Ensure project goals align with the organization's overall strategy and vision.Invest in the teams development by mentoring them on project management, time management, and organizational skills.Create and maintain strong, lasting relationships across teams and with clients, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.What You Need:5+ years of experience in project management.Relevant project management certifications.Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Marketing agency experience is required.
