We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator II for our team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be focusing on the coordination of all IT projects, ensuring the optimal use of company resources. Youll be compiling project status reports, managing project meetings, and identifying and resolving technical problems. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)Duration: At least 1 year with potential for extension or conversion in 2026Interview Process: 2-3 virtual rounds with the hiring manager and other stakeholdersJob Description:Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator II to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing IT projects and initiatives, engaging with enterprise leaders and start-up founders alike to ensure successful implementation and delivery. This individual should be experienced in tracking multiple projects, providing insights to stakeholders, and identifying both risks and opportunities for improvement.Responsibilities:Coordinate IT projects to ensure proper utilization of company resources.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases.Compile project status reports, track deliverables, and coordinate schedules.Facilitate and manage project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.Identify and analyze technical systems requirements, define project scope, and refine deliverables.Develop and monitor KPIs for projects, identifying risks to mitigate and proposing process improvements.Analyze and run engagement metrics reports to inform decision-making.Leverage insights on current tools, including AI platforms, to enhance existing processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in project analysis, coordination, or management.Proficient with tools such as Airtable (highly preferred).Familiarity with AI tools and applications is a plus, with the ability to provide industry insights on generative AI tools.Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.Key Skills and Competencies:Expertise in tracking and reporting across multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to assess and communicate project risks and areas for opportunity.Comfort working with hybrid teams and stakeholders at varying levels of technical knowledge.Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret business engagement metrics effectively.What We Offer:Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week).Opportunity for contract extension or conversion into a permanent role in 2026.A collaborative environment to contribute to innovative and large-scale projects.If you're passionate about ensuring the success of IT initiatives while uncovering opportunities for process improvement, we'd love to hear from you!
