Role Responsibilities: ·       Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including preparing project estimates, bids, schedules, submittal packages, subcontractors bid scopes, pay applications, change order estimates, proposals, and similar documentation, holding meetings and walk-throughs, and approving bills and employee timecards·       Establish and maintain relationships with superintendents, field workers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers through meetings and correspondence, as needed·       Promote the company through business associations, networking, and developing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors·       Assist the Construction Manager by providing feedback, insights, ideas, and other points of collaboration to ensure the department is performing at its bestYour Qualifications (The "Must Haves"):·       Bachelor's or Associate's degree (in construction management, business management, design, engineering or similar fields) ·       AND a minimum of 5 years working a Project Manager with a general contracting firm, with at least 3 of those years working on hospital or healthcare related projects·       OR a minimum of 2 years working as a Director of Facility Management in a hospital·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills·       Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and construction software like Bluebeam and Project·       Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively·       Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyEEOCWe are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams is key to our success.
