Construction Project Manager

LHH is working with a civil construction firm in Frisco, TX that is seeking a Project Manager for Direct Hire.100% onsiteThey are open to relocation candidates.They cannot sponsor any form of visa.Candidates must be US citizens or green card holders. Requirements:B.S. in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent field or another type of 4 yr degree + experience 3-5 yrs Project Mgmt experience in roadway construction, as well as residential and commercial civil constructionNeed experience in projects ranging from $50 million to $600 millionSoftware knowledge: P6, Heavy Job, Blue Beam, and CAD This company is divisional based with the various division functioning as like subcontractors on individual projects. Will be working as a team. Their Project Managers are not specialized. They are flexible and negotiable on salary and they do offer other forms of compensation. They are very selective in whom they are seeking. Degree, certifications, experience, job history, and knowledge are factors in their selection process.
