We are hiring for Project Manager - Real Estate Solutions in Schaumburg IL(Hybrid (Mon/Weds/Fri from home, Tues and Thurs in office)Job Overview:American Tower is seeking a Program Manager to join its Site Development organization. This role will focus on the delivery of all new assets, as well as the management of capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across our tower portfolio. As a Program Manager, you will partner cross-functionally to develop solutions that address customer needs, while managing key program metrics, analytics, and financial forecasting to ensure optimal results.Responsibilities:Strategic Asset Optimization: Lead and create solutions that optimize existing assets, driving strategic and financial outcomes for assigned product types.Program Development & Execution: Develop and execute reliable, repeatable process documentation and integrate system optimization for a transparent experience for both internal and external stakeholders.Cross-functional Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams, overseeing program execution and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives that improve processes, increase productivity, and streamline operations across programs.Operational Reporting: Present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports to management, identifying metrics that impact the company strategically and financially.Team Development & Leadership: Responsible for recruiting, performance management, and career development of Project Managers.
