Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Multifamily Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. The Project Manager will oversee the project, coordinating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe work environment during the construction of new garden style apartments. This role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with the project Team.QualificationsConstruction Management and Quality Control skillsKnowledge of building codes and regulationsExperience in completing contracts with subcontractors and suppliersAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentOSHA Certification is preferredMinimum 5 years of experience as a Multifamily Project ManagerAbility to maintain a construction budgetLogistics Management skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedKnowledge of Construction Project Management software and Scheduling software
