The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing projects from preconstruction through to coo, managing permits, materials, budgets and schedules to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing the project budget, schedule and submittal logManaging buyout process, writing scopes of work and negotiating contractsProviding reports on the project progress in terms of schedule and costMentoring assistant project managersQualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent experience in construction managementExperience in leading ground up multifamily wood frame projects in excess of $25MExperience working on podium, wrap or mid-rise multifamily projectsProficiency in using Procore
