Superintendent - Commercial Construction

About:We are working with one of the most recognized General Contractors in North Carolina as they are looking to appoint a new Superintendent to their team.This organization specializes in a variety of sectors such as Senior Living, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial and more.This role would suit a Superintendent that has experience of managing large ground-up and renovation projects up to $10m within any sector.Salary: $110,000 - $135,000Benefits: 10% discretionary bonus, auto-allowance, Healthcare, Dental and VisionExperienced preferred: Prior experience of managing projects from conception-completion within any of the sectors mentioned above.
