This role will contribute to the seamless execution of client deliverables and the strengthening of client relationships. Working closely with our Customer Development and Delivery Teams, this role will play a critical part in managing projects from start to finish, focusing on timelines, team coordination, and client satisfaction.The ideal candidate is passionate about managing projects and delivering exceptional client experiences. They thrive on organization, problem-solving, and collaboration, with a natural ability to balance the details of project execution within the broader company strategy. A successful Project Manager in this role will be hands-on, adaptable, and have excellent communication skills.Applicants for this role must be able to lead project teams, oversee the delivery of numerous initiatives at once, and assist in the development of new systems and processes. The person in this role must easily communicate with stakeholders - from senior executives at the companies we serve to the broad range of contractors and talent we engage internally, and they know how to take charge, lead decisively, and still leave space in the room for others' ideas. This person should enjoy the subject of high performance, is curious about mindset training, and wants to be a part of a team interested in the same. This Project Manager role is an individual contributor position, reports directly to the Director of Account Management and Implementation, and works closely with both the Customer Development and Delivery Teams.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor progress of all client projects, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on trackCollaborate with Customer Development and Delivery Teams to translate client Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, ensuring proper resources, timelines, and processes are in placeServe as the primary point of contact for clients during projectsContinuously improve internal systems, processes, and workflows to optimize project delivery and team efficiencyDeliver regular project updates to stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners, to ensure alignment and transparencyTravel as required to support project delivery, client relationships, and key eventsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project management or program managementProven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with experience developing client relationships and working as part of a teamExceptional organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for detailAbility to navigate ambiguity and find solutions to challengesBONUS QUALIFICATIONSFamiliarity with or experience working in the athletic, entertainment, or event industriesPrevious experience in a startup environment or working with Fortune 50 clients.LOCATIONThis is a hybrid role based in El Segundo, CA.
