Manage the day-to-day logistics surrounding the New Store Openings:Interact with the New Store/Remodel technical vendors such as AHEAD for POS deployments and Netwolves who does our in-store wiring and Network setupsWork with Real Estate on coordination of technical site installations and installation dates as well as the activities associated with remodeling of stores and closures.Managing purchasing of Network and POS equipment with the vendors and track the Purchase Orders.Technical review of the building diagrams to ensure the correct placement of POS equipment.Conduct the CDT New Store meeting where technical issues are discussed and resolved.2. Maintaining of documentation:Collecting and reporting out of performance for leadershipConfluence pages that are the foundation of the team which include:Current status of New Stores, Remodels and ClosuresKnowledgebase articles that are shared with the team as well as the Service DeskVendor related installation documents so there is a common "source of the truth"Record of POs by site with spend and equipment used for the Fixed Asset team and Retail FinanceMake sure that all Jira Epics and stories are correctly created and tracked3. Special Projects:End of Life replacement of equipment tracking and replacement managementNetwork site equipment.UPS yearly replacements.Back Office Equipment.Manage relationship with AHEAD Depot.New InitiativesRFIDNew Camera Surveillance systemRole Characteristics:• Technology and Process Driven - look to document technology steps clearly for repetitive actions such as deployment plans.• Service Delivery experience such as technical SoW and Contract experience.• Drive technical and logistics meetings with strong notes and action items.• Keep a technical deployment/project schedule and maintain a timeline.• Look for opportunities to push more work to our Vendor Partners rather than retaining work internally.• Can relate to vendor technician onsite and can be a escalation point when needed• Will need to manage workload and velocity of projects:• Routing SOW's for internal team reviews and approvals.• Setting up kick off meetings and routing PO's when work is scheduled to be performed. • Escalating to other members on the team as needed but can quickly draw upon experience and make decisions on technical issues.
