We are forecasting significant growth in our business. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced Irrigation Manager to assist in driving the growth of our commercial landscape management services throughout the Buford market. Position Summary: We currently have a full-time position available for an Irrigation Manager at our Buford office. An Irrigation Manager is responsible for managing the irrigation crews and working with Maintenance Account Managers. The Irrigation Manager reports to the Install General Manager, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our crews, sales team members and clients.Irrigation Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Manages the overall day-to-day operations of their crews and coordinates with the team of fellow Account Managers on shared resources In this role, you'll coordinate, manage and monitor irrigation operations.Specifically, you will supervise and perform irrigation projects from start to finish, coordinate job activities and materials, ensure sound procedures and company policies are followed. You'll prioritize daily work lists, train and oversee the technicians, and ensure the completion of daily time sheets and weekly reports. Install irrigation systems and ensure they function efficiently.Identifies resources needed for team and assigns individual responsibilities:schedules, crew members, equipment needs, and repairsAvailable to crew leaders for horticulture training, equipment repairs, daily instructions, labor conflictsEnsures a safe environment for employees, clients and the general publicEffectively applies Landscape Workshop methodology and enforces project standardsRecommends enhancement services to clients in order to improve site conditions; coordinating with other branch employees to ensure enhancement work is completed successfully, on time and within budgetMinimizes Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projectsEffectively communicate (written/verbal) business development opportunities with team members and sales representativesTrack and report team hours, extra expenses and extra sales on a weekly basisAssists Branch Manager with project budgetsConducts regular status meetings with crew leadersEstimate jobs when neededFollow up on proposals generatedOversee care and maintenance of equipmentPosition RequirementsMinimum 2 years landscape enhancement and irrigation experienceMinimum 2 years managing crewsProficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and OutlookStrong work ethicBachelor's degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferredWhat we Offer: Competitive salariesCompany Vehicle Medical, dental, vision, 401(K) and other benefits Energetic, focused and collaborative work environment
