Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: West Palm Beach, FLSalary Range: $100,000 - $140,000We are a well-established general contractor in West Palm Beach, specializing in a diverse range of projects including industrial/manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, private FBO and airport hangars, emergency response facilities, office buildings, and religious buildings. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the management, coordination, and successful execution of these high-profile projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsCollaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project scope, schedules, and budgetsDevelop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact deadlinesMonitor project costs, manage change orders, and track project expenses to maintain profitabilityEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standardsConduct regular project meetings and site visits to assess progress, review quality control, and ensure proper executionPrepare and present project updates, status reports, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior managementRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in industrial, commercial, or religious building projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and industry best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are metSolid understanding of budget management, cost control, and contract administrationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressureCompensation:Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package
