Job Title: Project Manager & Presentation SpecialistLocation: Hybrid in IndianapolisDuration: 18-monthsStart Date: March 10th, 2025Job Description:The Clinical Trial Patient Engagement team is seeking two (2) experienced Project Managers with strong presentation design and data visualization skills to support leadership reporting and strategic initiative tracking. This role will be responsible for managing key clinical trial engagement projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights, and creating compelling presentations for leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee clinical trial patient engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Develop high-impact presentation decks for senior leadership, visually demonstrating progress toward goals, key insights, and business controls.Track and analyze metrics, extracting meaningful insights to inform decision-making.Utilize SharePoint to organize project documentation, streamline communication, and improve team collaboration.Maintain and enforce initiative timelines, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve patient engagement strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, data teams, and leadership to drive project success.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences.Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools for leadership-level reporting.Experience with SharePoint for document and project management.Ability to track and interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Strong communication skills and experience working with senior leadership teams.Preferred QualificationsBackground in clinical trial operations or patient engagement.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards).PMP certification or formal project management training.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices in clinical trial reporting.
