Millstone Medical Outsourcing, a leading provider of medical device packaging and related services to top orthopedic companies, seeks an energetic Program Manager to join our team.The PM manages client relationships, overseeing new program transitions from development to operations, and ensuring compliance with ISO and FDA guidelines. This role requires collaboration with internal departments and a broad understanding of our organization.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts.Maintain regular communication with key contacts at leading medical device companies.Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in relevant software and computer applications.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Work location: In Person four days, one remoteADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Millstone Medical Outsourcing offers a competitive salary, health, dental and vision benefits beginning on the first day of employment and 401K with company match.
