Partnering with Neolith means trusting a brand synonymous with quality, innovation, and excellence.We are expanding team in North America and are currently seeking a talented Architectural & Design Project Technician toprovide technical assessment and support throughout all project phases to ensure successful outcomes. Youll play a pivotal role in driving success for high-profile projects by blending technical expertise with relationship-building skills. This position is integral to ensuring seamless collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and other key industry players while showcasing Neolith's cutting-edge product offerings.Responsabilities:Provide technical support to A&D sales representatives and potential clients.Ensure comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including shop drawings, material specifications, and installation guidelines when awarded.Review specifications, shopdrawings, and construction documents to ensure smooth fabrication and installationAddress technical inquiries and provide guidance on NEOLITH product selection and installation during design and installation phases.Create a project schedule in coordination with external stakeholders (Architect, GC, Installer) and update it as needed based on the project construction schedule.Track project status and coordinate internally with the manufacturing and fabrication shop to deliver projects on time and in accordance with project documentation.Organize and conduct engaging L&L, PKs and CEUs sessions for architects, designers, and industry stakeholders to educate them about NEOLITH products and applications.Develop and execute strategies to enhance NEOLITH brand awareness within the ventilated facades and large commercial project segments.Establish and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.Provide ongoing training to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed about NEOLITHs advancements and best practices.Generate regular reports on project status, sales activities, and brand awareness initiatives.Quaifications:Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred.Demonstrated strong attention to detail in reviewing project plans, ensuring accurate measurements.Experience in conducting technical training, presentations, and educational sessions for industry professionals and clients.Ability to travel to project sites and client locations as needed (not regularly).What we offer:Employer contributions covering 80% of health, vision, and dental insurance.Work-Life Balance: Generous vacation and paid time off.An attractive salary package, including a gross annual salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for advancement in a growing, globally expanding organization.At Neolith, we believe diversity and inclusion are integral to our success.
