Due to continued growth, they are seeking dedicated Superintendents to oversee field operations and ensure successful project execution.Job Description:The Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site field operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and supervising labor. This role involves leading teams, resolving challenges, and maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight:Plan and manage project schedules, setting short-term goals and adjusting plans as needed.Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and budgets to keep projects on track.Monitor job progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Address site issues, ensuring smooth workflow and problem resolution.Oversee documentation, including progress reports, cost evaluations, and safety logs.Track and adjust costs weekly to maintain profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and motivation.Ensure client satisfaction by understanding project requirements and delivering results.Promote and enforce safety standards across all projects.Coach junior supervisors to help them grow in their roles.Professional Representation:Act as the key point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and uphold the companys professional reputation.Represent the company on job sites with professionalism and integrity.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years in a field supervision or leadership role (open to strong up-and-comers).Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).Industry Expertise: Experience in construction or a similar field.Technical Skills: Familiarity with BIM, VDC, Oracle Construction, or other construction management software (training provided for in-house systems).Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Perks:Competitive salary with bonus.Stipend for gas.Strong internal promotion structure.Work on high-profile projects across Ohio.Comprehensive training and orientation program.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
