An award winning architecture and design firm are hiring for a Senior Project Manager to strengthen the team within the San Francisco studio, located in the heart of the Financial District.If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven history of leading complex interior design and architectural projects, this will be an exciting and rewarding career move for you! The role requires a results-oriented leader with extensive experience across all phases of project delivery, from initial client meetings to construction completion. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in shaping the firms processes ensuring a positive, collaborative environment.Job Responsibilities include:* Partnering with senior leadership, designers and architects to optimize firm processes and standards* Contributing to marketing and business development efforts in various forms* Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion* Preparing comprehensive and cohesive project documents (scope of work, fee proposals, schedules, sub-consultant agreements)* Administering and reviewing client contracts, ensuring compliance and high standards* Developing and issuing RFPs/RFQs, while managing vendor bidding and selection* Overseeing daily project management activities, including weekly team meetings, task delegation and over sight* Effectively communicating and interfacing with clients, contractors, sub-consultants and all necessary regulatory agencies* Ensuring quality control throughout project execution and provide project documentation coordination* Analyzing and managing design budgets and reviewing cost estimates* Conducting project site visits* Mentoring and developing junior team members while fostering growth opportunitiesRequired Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field* 10+ years of experience managing interior design and/or architectural projects* Proven history in managing diverse projects of varying scopes and sizes* Extensive experience in all phases of project delivery and design, from concept to construction* Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong understanding of corporate commercial real estate objectives* Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility regulations and construction documents* Proficiency in relevant software (Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Project, etc.).* Experience with Mural and other collaborative platforms would be a big plus.* Strong understanding of sustainable design practices including LEED and WELLCompensation & Benefits:Salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum dependant on experience.
