We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Residential & Commercial Division. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in bidding, estimating, procurement, and full-cycle project management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and bidding through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.Bidding & Estimating: Lead the bid process by evaluating project scope, preparing competitive proposals, and analyzing subcontractor/vendor quotes.Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality materials and labor.Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and addressing project changes.Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to drive seamless execution.Software & Documentation: Utilize BuilderTrend and ProKitchen to track progress, manage contracts, and maintain thorough project documentation.Risk & Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in construction project management, spanning both residential and commercial projects.Expertise: Strong knowledge of bidding, estimating, sourcing, procurement, and contract management.Software Proficiency: Experience with BuilderTrend and ProKitchen (or willingness to learn).Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
