The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage interior office buildout projects from conception to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.Proven track record of successfully managing interior office buildout projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
