Retail Store Manager

The Retail Manager is responsible for managing the ongoing improvement and optimization of the B&P shopping experience specifically for our physical store in Laguna Beach. This critical role ensures that B&P is consistently implementing best practice retail initiatives to drive sales, conversion, and effectiveness. Implementing a retail marketing calendar & vision whilst providing strong leadership, training and management of team is critical to achieving the position KPI's. The secondary function is to be a support leg for B&P Online Customer Service team and handle basic inquiries that relate to store, product, and sales via phone and email. Please note this is a low foot traffic role that caters to high end customers. There is daily cleaning and maintenance required in this role.Responsibilities Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and improve store profitability Oversee Store functions including but not exclusive to inventory transfers, returns, stock take, systems workflow, etc. Supporting B&P Online CS team through support on phone inquiries, sale inquires and back up on tickets as time allows Implement store policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Work one weekend day minimumQualifications•        2yrs+ in Management Role•        2yrs+ in Retail experience•        Must be able to lift 55 lbs•        Shopify Plus POS and Gorgias experience a major plus
