In this role, you will shadow the CEO and gain hands-on experience in the sales process, from outreach to project completion. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and maintain excellent client relations.- Shadow the CEO to learn and understand the sales process.- Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate new business.- Manage projects from the creative phase through product development, production, and shipping.- Collaborate with internal creative and product development teams to meet client needs.- Keep clients updated and informed about the progress of their projects.- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.- Build and manage your own accounts with the goal of transitioning to commission-based compensation after the initial 6-month period.- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in outreach and client management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Willingness to work on-site at our Pasadena office.-2+ years of sales experience.Application **If you are passionate about sales and eager to learn from experienced professionals in the packaging industry, we encourage you to apply.
