Job **The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge.Key *Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance competitive positioning.Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales objectives with business goals.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.Qualifications & *Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).7+ years of experience in sales leadership within the automotive industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, OEMs, and Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.What We **Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).Opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced, innovative industry.A dynamic work environment with a collaborative team culture.
