Inside Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARYTo work closely with Regional Sales Managers for assigned territory to achieve the minimum sales objectives and service their assigned customer territory.  The right candidate must have technical ability to sell engineered electromechanical components.  This position is internally based, but light travel may be required sometimes.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProvide customer service to all customers within their assigned territory.Prepare and submit quotations to customers within assigned territory.Manage & process all customer orders and inquiries with assigned territory.Manage customers return request Via RMA process.Manage all customer change requests to ensure timely implementation.Provide technical assistance to customers within assigned territory.Facilitate the completion of engineering projects for customers in assigned territory.Assist Regional Sales Managers in customer prospecting.Coordinate all customer visits within assigned territory.Provide sales forecast for customer with assigned territory.Support any other duties assigned by Sales Manager.Complies with all aspects of the safety program.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.QUALIFICATIONSRequires 4-year college degree (or equivalent).Requires 3 to 5 years experience.Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Electromechanical Industry.Requires the ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office applications.We offer a competitive pay and benefit package.
