Sales Associates are experts in creating an inviting and informative environment for customers that visit our locations. They are responsible for engaging and educating our customers while speaking genuinely about our products, community, and culture. Responsibilities:Customer ExperienceProvide memorable customer experiences that customers want to share stories about. Building authentic relationships in-store is a top priority and responsibility.Provide education on products through personal experience by effectively communicating our organization's mission and values. Facilitate a seamless process for customers from beginning to end by conducting accurate and timely transactions. Inform customers about community events taking place throughout the valley. Help educate our community about the other services State Forty Eight offers when the opportunity presents itself.CollaborationEstablish supportive and authentic relationships with all team members while focusing on personal and professional goals.Collaborate with all team members within the organization to ensure store is set up for optimal guest experience and set up for best shopping experience.OperationsPerform Product tasks such as restocking inventory, visual merchandising, daily photo highlights according to company protocol. Use in-store technology to elevate customer experience and education. Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain an inviting environment.Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Sales Associate requirements:AvailabilityFor part-time hours, you will be working anywhere from 15-25 hours per week. Willing to work a flexible schedule associated with retail hours. Including nights and holidays.
