Business Development Representative (BDR for North Miami FL Office) at Position Overview: of the #1 Microneedling Company in the world, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in-office. This role involves acting as a liaison between our Marketing and Outside Sales Teams to identify and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads, setting virtual demo appointments, when needed performing virtual product demos/presentations or passing Leads onto Local Outside Sales Team, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our long-term business growth in the Medical Aesthetics industry.Position: Business Development Representative- North Miami, FL 33181Onsite or Remote: ON SITE ONLYEmployment: Full-Time W-2 or 1099 Contractors needed.Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annual base + Commission & Residuals(depending on experience and qualifications)Office Location: 11900 Biscayne Blvd North Miami, FL 33181Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.Client Outreach: Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.Presentations: Present our company and products/services to potential clients.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients.Needs Assessment: Effectively identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.Sales Meetings: Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.Sales Reporting: Report on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to the Business Development Manager.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with new products/services and market trends.After-Sales Service: Ensure proper after-sales service and customer satisfaction.Outbound Calling and Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, including Medically backed Aesthetic Clinics, Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeons.Gatekeeper Bypass: Utilize advanced sales techniques to bypass gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers.Presentations: Occasionally perform engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.Requirements:Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.Sales Techniques: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and email campaigns.CRM Proficiency: Experience with Sales CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).Analytical Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations.High Performing Closer: Previous phone sales success consistently exceeding sales goals Preferred Qualifications:Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS sales, Cosmetic phones sales, Lead Appointment Setting, Exosomes sales, Skincare Medical aesthetics industry phone sales.Advanced CRM Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM Sales functionalities.Networking: Established network within the industry.Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales or business development.Social Media Marketing & Lead Gen Platforms: Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation platforms for generating quality leads and building relationships.Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, BSc degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field.Talents and Skills:Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions.Time Management: Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment.Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales quotas.Experience:Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development roles.Lead Development: Experience in sourcing and developing leads from Social Media, Search Software, and marketing campaigns.Quota Achievement: Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.Customer Service: Experience in providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.Outbound Calling: Experience in outbound calling and prospecting over the phone.Gatekeeper Bypass: Proven ability to bypass gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers.Presentations: Experience performing presentations to potential clients, including Medically backed Aesthetic Clinics, Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeons.HubSpot CRM: Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing leads and sales activities.Social Media Marketing & Lead Gen Platforms: Experience with social media marketing and lead generation platforms.Salary Range and Benefits:Salary Range: $40,000 to $65,000 annual base + Commission/Residuals, depending on experience and qualifications 1.Benefits:Health Insurance: Monthly Health Stipend IncludedPaid Time Off: Included accrued Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Professional Development: Opportunities for professional growth and development.Employee Discounts: Discounts on company products and services.Work Environment: Collaborative and supportive work environment.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we would love to hear from you.
