We hold ourselves accountable to doing our best work every day and are empowered to do what's right.Position SummaryDepartmentRetail AdministrationThe Sales Engagement Coordinator will coach, mentor and develop branch Team Members in support of the overall retail delivery strategy. This position will coordinate with branch and market leadership and the Marketing team to create and drive market growth plans and performance objectives, predominately focused on deepening member relationships, enabling branch Team Members to deliver greater value through aligning solutions with the financial wellness objectives of our Membership.In conjunction with the Market President, the Sales Engagement Coordinator will develop and then execute upon annual sales and marketing plans to achieve targeted goals.Essential Duties•Lead and implement sales initiatives to support market growth goals by creating and fostering a culture of exceptional Member service and sales.•Enhance the sales culture and member service skills of branch Team Members by collaboratively mentoring retail Team Members.•Lead and drive the successful adoption of Consultative Conversations, Salesforce, Integrity Coaching, Small Business and other sales enablement initiatives and tools.•Develop and execute ongoing cadence of focused recognition plans, performance meetings, observation feedback and training.•Support markets to meet or exceed market production goals including but not limited to, deposit growth, checking production, loan production, referrals and overall relationship depth.•Develop market specific sales campaigns and incentives to meet Credit Union initiatives focused on deepening Member relationships, establishing goals and tracking progress toward achievement.•Develop toolkits, job aids and sales support tools.•Develop and deploy consistent communication on member solutions, value proposition and overall sales engagement.•Promote member education and development through branch specific activities, initiatives and tactics.•Be a catalyst for Retail to increase adoption and usage of all Credit Union products and solutions.•Foster and reinforce "doing whats right" at all times.•Frequent travel is required and a current driver's license must be maintained to drive in all markets.Performs other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervisory Responsibilities•NoneQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Progressively responsible management experience within Retail or Commercial Banking.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.*Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to Members and other Team Members at the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute dividends and interest.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
