It is a blend of sales and recruiting, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.Daily *Build and engage with a candidate pipeline of new or existing healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationshipsUtilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms, a company provided database, etc. - get creative!Collaborate with our partnered institutions to obtain job orders and details, provide qualified and screened candidates, and coordinate candidates' activityPitch and sell our staffing services to institutions to build rapport and gain new clientsCollaborate with our diverse team of professionals on dealsPlan and organize your daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time and meet quotasSkills and Qualifications We Are Looking *Bachelor's degree is requiredSales experience is nice to have but not required!Our People Drive Our *Work/Life Balance- We understand the importance of balancing your personal and professional life to prevent burnout and make time for other obligations, so we offer a flex schedule to allow for **** Monday-Friday 8a-5p or 7a-4p.
