This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional client teams to deliver high-quality PLM solutions.Key **Develop and manage program plans for 3DExperience PLM implementations, including scope, schedule, and budget. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively.Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deliverables are of high quality.Lead and mentor project managers and teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.**Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Program Manager in PLM implementations projects, particularly with 3DExperience.Strong understanding of PLM concepts.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Boards, JIRA, Microsoft Project).Good to have PMP or similar certification
