The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will identify, pursue, and finalize high-value business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.As a deal closer, you will be critical in ensuring successful contract negotiations, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the multi-family industry is a plus.QualificationsProven ***** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. Industry ***** Familiarity with the multi-family industry is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interest in staying current with industry trends and best practices.Sales ***** Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and finalize contracts.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively ***** Highly driven, independent, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.CRM ***** Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress. ***** A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
