Grow. with us.What we're looking *This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at TFS.*What you'll be **Coordinate the company's Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor ContinuityProvide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and proceduresQualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) - Highlight Top 3-5 skills required.1-3 years of experience in BCM Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence peopleGood communication & Multi-taskProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointHigh School Diploma is requiredAdded bonus if you have (Preferred):2-5 years financial services, preferably auto finance experienceGood to have bachelor's in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies or equivalent work experience.Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalentLucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have
