This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional insurance solutions and services to commercial clients.Key **Client * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.Policy * Efficiently handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions.Customer * Provide top-notch service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.* Work closely with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and pricing. Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and company standards.Account ** Regularly review and assess risks for existing accounts to ensure optimal coverage.Claims * Support clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Market * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.* Minimum of 2 years in personal lines account management. Valid insurance license. In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
