Prospecting for existing customers utilizing a wide variety of methods and approaches.2. Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with distributors and key decision makers.3. Manage entire sales process from initial inquiry, quote, samples, negotiations and payments to vendors and from customers.4. Regularly communicate with the Management team to review sales activities, and status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales goals and status on deadlines.DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION OF SALES INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT1. Active networking in industry organizations and circles2. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies3. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.4. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments5. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management6. Recognize the process of making drawing and spec which we should know when make drawing for customer.DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION OF REPORTING AND FORECASTING1. Keeps management informed by submitting action for visiting report for customer2. Make visiting plan to customer and get approved from Manager3. Update CRM Opportunities and Forecast on a weekly basis.DETAILDED INDIVIDUAL JOB DESCRIPTION1. Visit & have face-to-face meetings with customers more than 12 time per month (2-3 companies a week)2. Recognize how to make drawing requests.
